How to make cannabis-infused chocolate bars
Recipe 1
Materials and ingredients
100 grams of chocolate (dark)
Five grams of cannabis, preferably the chocolate haze strain
A glass bowl
Saucepan

Preparation
Spread the ground cannabis on a baking tray and bake for 35 minutes at 100°C to prepare the cannabis for the absorption process. This step is known as decarboxylation.
Put your chocolate in the glass bowl and place it atop a saucepan with boiling water to heat and melt the chocolate, making it smooth and creamy.
Using a herb grinder, grind your decarboxylated cannabis to powdered form
Add the ground cannabis to the steamed chocolate and mix until you achieve a consistent state.
Pour the chocolate mix into the chocolate mould and rattle gently to expel trapped air. Ice cube trays are a perfect alternative to a chocolate mould.
Allow the chocolate to cool before refrigerating it.
Sieve the cocoa powder and sugar into the melted canna-infused butter under low heat while still in the double boiler
Stir the mixture until you have achieved consistency
Pour into the chocolate mould or ice cube trays
Rattle gently and allow to cool
Place in the refrigerator for about two hours
Enjoy your chocolate bars.
To make white chocolate,
Add two tablespoons of powdered milk with sugar and sieve into the melted canna-butter under low heat while still in the double boiler
Stir appropriately and pour into the chocolate mould
Refrigerate for 2 hours
To make milk chocolate,
Add one and a half tablespoon of milk, one and a half tablespoon of cocoa powder, with two tablespoons of sugar and sieve into the melted canna-infused butter under low heat while still in the double boiler
Stir appropriately and pour into the chocolate mould
Refrigerate for 2 hours
You can spice up your canna-infused chocolate bars by trying out any, OR ALL, of the following:
Add lemon flavour, chilli oil, or mint to give it a distinct flavour
You can add raisins, or nuts while pouring the canna-infused chocolate into the mould
